Hello I am Heather, nice to meet you and welcome to Not quite North pole where me and my best bud Lena will document our love for Christmas.
So I guess I should tell you a little bit about myself.My Favorite five things ever are probably :
- Jumpers ( as in the picture )
-Christmas ( Duh )
- Music ( mainly rock bands at the moment)
-Post it notes
- And warm winter baths with a nice colorful bath bomb, maybe a good easy book too. (Oddly specific )
I love Christmas It is great. On this blog I hope to review a ton of stuff and also do some little Christmas DIY's and Baking because I think that is a great part of Christmas :)
I thought a great way to introduce myself to a Christmas themed blog was to do the Christmas tag so here are my answers to the Christmas tag questions ( I just found a random one)
-Are you on the Naughty list or the Nice list? Nice ... I hope
-Show us an embarrassing Christmas Card photo! Umm I don't have any I just get tose big packs of christmas cards
-Have you ever had a White Christmas? No but there was a white boxing day once
-Where do you usually spend your holidays? At home or at families houses
-Play or sing your favorite Christmas song! I love love love Slade MERRY XMAS I mean I listen to that all year
-Do you open any presents on Christmas Eve? Usually only one tiny thing ( Chocolate ) because I am impatient, I honestly am like a 6 year old
-Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? Rudolph, Dasher, Prancer, Donna ,Blitzen ? Nope sorry but isn't that a song?
-What holiday tradition are you looking forward to most this year? I love christmas baking and having baths ( as mentioned earlier ) but also watching christmas movies.
-Hands down, what's your all-time favorite holiday food and holiday sweet treat? Lindt little red things
-Be honest: do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better? ... I like giving gifts I planned all min in about march and picking them out and I am really bad at receiving surprise gifts like I cannot handle not knowing
-Show us your tackiest Christmas attire! I don't really have any ... sorry. Just jumpers
-What would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season? I don't really know because I am a big one for like traditions and stuff so I like Christmas just how it is.
-Does your family have a special holiday recipe you like to help make? No not really we just make anything that looks and tastes good
-Are you a pro-present wrapper, or do you fail miserably? When it comes to presents I am a tissue paper gift bag person, I just dislike wrapping but I am ok at it
-Most memorable Holiday moment? Hmmm I don't really know, I love them all
-What made you realize the truth about Santa? ? That he is awesome, I always knew.
-Do you make New Years resolutions? Do you stick to them? I always make the 'be nice' 'tidy my room' kind of ones and no I don't I am a lazy person but I think that you can make resolutions at any time
-What makes the Holidays special for you? EVERYTHING the Food the presents the tree the chocolate the family and friends. I love the 'holidays' :)
